Think you’re irreplaceable? You might be closer to obsolescence than you imagine. Our jobs won’t disappear tomorrow or next year; however, the work you and I are doing today will radically change, or vanish, within the next five to ten years. Hell, that’s probably true without robots but this provides a great deal of food for thought. I know I’ll be considering this during my year-end retreat in December.
