- 360-Degree Funding Utilization Review. Is your organization maximizing its available resources? The Grant Doctors will analyze charges to your restricted and unrestricted funding sources to determine if restricted funds are being used to their fullest potential. We will also interview accounting/business office staff and grant project staff to ensure all key stakeholders are aware of open grants and are on the same page regarding allowable expenses.
- Federal Indirect Cost Rate Proposal Development and Negotiation. For nonprofit organizations. The Grant Doctors will help prepare an indirect cost rate proposal for submission to your cognizant agency and we will take the lead negotiating the rate with the federal negotiator.
- Corrective Action Plan Development and Oversight. We can work with your staff to examine the extent of your federal grant’s non-compliance, the severity of the issue(s), the cause(s) of the violation(s) and the potential impact to your organization. The Grant Doctors will develop a corrective action plan to bring your grant back into compliance; we will provide any training needed and/or implement any systems transformations necessary to prevent future errors.
