Federal Grant Program Reviews


The Grant Doctors’ Federal Grant Program Reviews help federal grantees examine the implementation of their grant project(s) through a series of questions for each budget category: personnel, fringe, travel, equipment, supplies, contractual, other, indirect, training stipends, program income and match/cost-share. Every section has an area to make note of observations for deeper review. A corrective action plan section organizes issues requiring immediate attention; the Corrective Action Plan creates a structure for follow-up and accountability.
