Federal Grant Management Systems Development

For new nonprofit organizations and/or those that have not received federal grants in the past.

Much more than a workshop.

After an initial conversation to learn about your organization’s mission, history and past fund development efforts, The Grant Doctors will work with your governing board and top management to:

  • Examine/transform your existing business systems.
  • Develop organizational policies and procedures aligned with federal requirements.
  • Provide training for up to six (6) staff members on the new policies, procedures and systems.

The Grant Doctors will follow up in person six months after the initial engagement to review progress and to reinforce training. Our goal is to help you create a solid foundation from which your organization can manage federal awards in the future.
