The Grants Clinic workshop is a research-based program that shares the secrets of leaders with a proven track record of exceptional performance. The program content is based on The Grant Doctors' experience and over ten years of leadership in the areas of program development and proposal writing.

The Grants Clinic--presented in a 1/2-day format (4 hours)--shows participants how to improve their grant seeking efforts from program conception to proposal submission.

The workshop is intended for audiences of 10 to 50 individuals working on grant-related projects for their organizations. The program is designed to be informative and interactive. Participants are encouraged to share samples of their past grant proposals for constructive review and critique (note: organizations' and individuals identities will be kept strictly confidential and anonymous). It is a laboratory experience in which you learn the process of effective grant seeking.
