Complaining is toxic. Complaining accomplishes nothing. Complaining wastes time that could be spent doing something productive. And, what I’ve learned over the years: nobody cares. Outside of your tightest inner circle, absolutely nobody cares and they don’t want to hear it. Bottom line: when you have a complaint, if there’s something you can do about it, take action. If it’s out of your control, best to keep it to yourself and get back to work. Less complaining. More work. More gratitude.
