A proposal’s evaluation section discusses your program’s goals, objectives and how you will monitor your progress and results. The evaluation serves as a feedback loop for the program and helps you make adjustments as necessary. Evaluation doesn’t need to be complicated. What you need is a simple, easily manageable system to monitor your program’s impact. If you’re not comfortable designing evaluations, work with a project evaluator so you know your plan will be effective at capturing the data you need to monitor your program and to report progress to your funding agency.
