The implementation timeline, or Scope of Work, is self-explanatory. If it’s not a standalone section, it’ll be part of the program description. In general, the scope of work covers: (1) the activities your program will undertake; (2) the progress milestones; (3) when you’re going to accomplish your activities and milestones; and (4) who is responsible for completing each task. Don’t worry about the format. There’s usually a sample included with the application’s instructions. If not, you can either find one by downloading an old proposal from the funding agency’s website or you can search Google.
