Washington County cold cases get new life with federal grant

Adele Bostwick still gets triggered.

“I could just start crying in line at the grocery store or on my way to work in my car,” said Bostwick.

Forty-five years ago, her sister, Camille Foss, was murdered in the parking lot of Washington Square Mall.

Washington County investigators say Foss worked at Sears and was just leaving for the day to go to the bank. Investigators say she never made it to the bank. They later found her shot to death in her Chevy Impala.
