The recent business slowdown and stay-at-home requirement due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19, has given me a great deal of time to reflect on my business’ operations. I’m making several changes going forward.
Effective immediately, I’m lowering our fees by 25% and adjusting how services are delivered. Nearly all of our services will now be conducted remotely without the need for in-person meetings. Only a few services still require on-site visits. Face-to-face meetings are nice and they’re a longstanding social tradition but, let’s be honest, they’re not always necessary. We can accomplish the same amount of work via conference calls or Skype.
Additionally, organizations experiencing cash flow problems can now make installment payments, over three to four months, for one-time services. For ongoing services, a portion of the monthly invoices can be deferred to the end of our service agreement.
I hope these changes are helpful. If there’s anything I can do to help, please let me know. We’re in this together.
